标题：杏丁注射液对慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾小球滤过功能的影响

      【摘要】 目的 探究杏丁注射液对慢性肾功能衰竭患者治疗期间肾小球滤过功能的影响。方法 选取2013年3月至2016年3月于聊城市第二人民医接受治疗的慢性肾功能衰竭Ⅲ期患者92例，按随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组46例，治疗前分别测定所有患者的血清肌酐(SCr)、血清胱抑素C (CysC)、尿素氮(BUN)、血β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)等指标。对照组患者给予常规调脂、降血糖、控压等基础治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予杏丁注射液静脉滴注，4周后测定并比较两组患者的SCr、血清CysC、BUN、β2-MG等指标以判断患者肾小球滤过率(eGFR)以及治疗效果。结果 治疗前，两组患者的SCr、血清CysC、BUN、β2-MG等指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗4周后，观察组患者的SCr水平、血清CysC水平、BUN水平以及血β2-MG水平明显低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的治疗总有效率为82.61%，明显高于对照组的71.74%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 杏丁注射液能降低慢性肾衰竭患者血清炎症因子水平，提高肾小球滤过功能，改善临床症状，且安全性较高，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Xingding injection on glomerular filtration during the treatmentof patients with chronic renal failure.
