标题：2型糖尿病周围神经病变的危险因素分析

      【摘要】 目的 探讨2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)相关危险因素。方法 选取2014年1月至2015年12月在武汉市中心医院住院的 2型糖尿病患者 427例，分为DPN组(141例)和无DPN组(286例)，比较两组各项临床指标，并进一步分析DPN发生的危险因素。结果 DPN组(141例)和无DPN组患者年龄[(61.45±9.39)岁 vs (58.07±10.41)岁]、糖尿病病程[(8.64±5.79)年vs (6.93±5.63)年]、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c) [(8.67±2.04)% vs (7.91±1.84)%]及空腹血糖水平[(9.84±3.97) mmol/L vs (8.67±3.21) mmol/L]、吸烟率[43例(30.5%) vs 45例(15.7%)]、糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)的发生率[51例(36.2%) vs 64例(22.4%)]比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元 Logistic回归分析显示年龄、HbA1c、吸烟、合并DR为DPN发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 年龄、HbA1c、吸烟以及合并DR为导致DPN的主要危险因素。

Risk factors analysis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the risk factors of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) in patients withtype 2 diabetes (T2DM). Methods A total of 427 patients diagnosed with T2DM in the Central Hospital of Wuhanfrom January 2014 to December 2015 were enrolled and divided into the DPN group (n=141) and the non-DPN group(286). The clinical characters were compared between two groups, and the risk factors of DPN were further analyzed.Results The age, duration of diabetes, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) level, fasting blood glucose level, smoking rate,incidence of diabetic retinopathy (DR) in the DPN group were respectively (61.45±9.39) years, (8.64±5.79) years, (8.67±2.04)%, (9.84±3.97) mmol/L, 43 (30.5%), 51 (36.2%), which were significantly higher than corresponding (58.07±10.41)years, (6.93±5.63) years, (7.91±1.84)%, (8.67±3.21) mmol/L, 45 (15.7%), 64 (22.4%) in the non-DPN group (P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that age, HbA1c, smoking and DR were independent risk factors for pre-dicting DPN in T2DM patients (P<0.05). Conclusion Age, HbA1c, smoking and DR were the major risk factors of DPN.
