      【摘要】 糖原合成酶激酶-3是一种多功能的丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,是细胞内多种信号转导通路中的重要成分。GSK-3参与缺血缺氧性脑损伤的病理过程,并发挥着促凋亡的作用。电针刺激缺血脑组织可通过PI3K/Akt/GSK-3β信号通路,使GSK-3β磷酸化失活,抑制其活性,从而抑制细胞凋亡,发挥抗急性缺血性脑损伤作用。

Role of glycogen synthase kinase-3 in electroacupuncture against acute ischemic brain injury.

Departments of Neurology, Hainan General Hospital, Haikou 570311, Hainan, CHINA【Abstract】 Glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK3) is a multifunctional serine/threonine protein kinase, which is animportant component in various intracellular signal transduction pathways. GSK-3 is involved in the pathological pro-cess of hypoxic-ischemic brain damage and plays a role in promoting apoptosis. The activity of GSK-3β is inhibited byelectroacupuncture stimulating the ischemic brain tissue through phosphorylation of GSK-3 β in phosphatidylinositol3-kinase (PI3K)/Akt/GSK-3β signal pathway, thereby which can inhibit cell apoptosis and play a role in fighting againstthe acute ischemic brain injury.
