      【摘要】 目的 考察裸花紫珠微丸制备工艺。方法 采用离心造粒法,以微丸粉体学性质如粒径、圆整度、堆
密度、脆碎度等及微丸收率为指标,考察影响微丸成型的处方因素和工艺因素。结果 微丸的制备工艺为:微晶纤
维素与药粉(1:1),以5%PVP-k30 60%乙醇溶液为黏合剂,主机转速为200 r/min,以5~25 r/min速度喷5%PVP k-30
60%乙醇溶液。结论 在优化条件下采用离心造粒法可制得表面光滑,圆整度较好的裸花紫珠微丸,微丸的收率
达到85%以上。

Studies on preparation of Callicarpa nudiflora micropellets by centrifugal granulation.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the preparation methods of Callicarpa nudiflora micropellets. Methods Mi-
cropellets were prepared by centrifugal granulation with powder properties including particle size, roundness, bulk densi-
ty, friability and pellets and micropellets yield as the evaluation index. The effect of prescription factors and technologi-
cal factors on the pellets were studied. Results Process of the micropellets was as follows: the ratio of extract powder and
microcrystalline cellulose was 1:1, with 5% PVP-k30 60% ethanol solution as binder, revolution speed of 200 r/min, spray
rate of 5% PVP-k30 60% ethanol solution of 5~25 r/min. Conclusion Under optimal conditions, smooth surface, good
roundness micropellets can be obtained by centrifugal granulation method, with pellets yields over 85%.
