标题：慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后患者延续护理需求调查分析

      【摘要】 目的 探讨慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后患者延续护理需求情况及其主要影响因素，为该类患者延续护理服务体系提供理论依据。方法 于2016年8~11月选取解放军总医院海南分院行慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术后6个月内的64例患者为调查对象，采用自制调查表对其延续护理需求现状进行调查分析。结果 慢性鼻窦炎行鼻内镜术后患者总的延续护理需求条目均分为(3.34±0.93)分，各维度条目均分依次为疾病健康指导(3.53±0.93)分、护理技能指导(3.77±1.04)分、社会心理护理(2.84±1.17)分；不同职业患者对疾病健康指导需求不同(P<0.05)，不同文化程度的患者对护理技能指导需求不同(P<0.05)，不同体质患者对社会心理指导需求不同(P<0.05)，不同人口学特征的患者在总的延续护理需求得分方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后患者对延续护理的需求总体水平较高，对不同的护理项目需求率不同，慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后患者对疾病健康指导需求、护理技能指导需求及社会心理需求受患者职业、文化程度和体质的影响。

Investigation of continuing care needs and influencing factors among chronic rhinosinusitis after endoscopic sinussurgery.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the current status and the main influencing factors of continuing care needsof the chronic sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery, and to provide theoretical basis for the continuing of nursing ser-vice system. Methods A total of 64 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis, who admitted to Hainan Branch of ChinesePLA General Hospital and underwent endoscopic sinus surgery within 6 months from August 2016 to November 2016,were selected as the research objects. Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate continuing care needs of the pa-tients. Results The average score for total entries of continuing care needs of the patients with chronic sinusitis after en-doscopic sinus surgery was (3.34±0.93), with (3.53±0.93) for entry of disease health guidance, (3.77±1.04) for nursingskills guidance, (2.84 ± 1.17) for social psychological guidance. The needs for disease health guidance was differentamong patients with different occupation (P<0.05); the needs for nursing skills guidance was different among patientswith different education level (P<0.05); the needs for social psychological guidance was different among patients withdifferent physical level (P<0.05); the patients with different demographic characteristics had no significant difference intotal continuing care service needs (P>0.05). Conclusion The patients with chronic sinusitis after endoscopic sinus sur-gery has a high demand for continuing care service, and the demand for different nursing items are different. The needsfor disease health guidance, nursing skills guidance and social psychological guidance of patients with chronic sinusitisafter endoscopic are affected by the occupation, education and physical levels of patients.
