标题：超声技术诊断转移淋巴结的研究进展

      【摘要】 淋巴结是否转移是一个评价恶性肿瘤患者分期及预后的最相关的指标，术前无创或微创准确预测淋巴结性质对恶性肿瘤患者非常重要。超声技术是临床目前最常用的术前淋巴结评判工具之一，转移淋巴结的二维灰阶超声诊断标准是淋巴结大小、皮质厚度、形状、边界、淋巴门及中心坏死区等评估，但淋巴结的血流分布及血管模式等对淋巴结疾病的鉴别有着重要的价值。本文综述了超声技术在转移淋巴结血流显像的研究进展。

Research progress of ultrasound technology in the diagnosis of metastatic lymph nodes.
LIN Xian, LIU Xue-ling.Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine, Nanning 530000, Guangxi, CHINA【Abstract】 Lymph node metastasis is the most relevant index to evaluate the stage and prognosis of patients withmalignant tumor, and accurate prediction of lymph nodes with preoperative noninvasive or minimally invasive is veryimportant for these patients. Ultrasound technique is one of the most commonly used preoperative lymph node evalua-tion tools. The criteria used for diagnosing lymph node metastasis with gray-scale sonography are lymph node size(short-axis diameter/long-axis diameter), cortical thickness, shape, nodal borders, central necrosis and absence ofecho-rich hilar structures. Furthermore, the assessments of vascularity and blood flow distribution within lymph nodeson ultrasound have been reported to provide useful diagnostic information. In this paper, we review the research progressof ultrasound technology in metastatic lymph node blood flow imaging.
