      【摘要】 目的 探讨吞咽功能训练联合针刺治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法 采用随机数表法将
我院康复医学科2013年6月至2015年6月期间收治的80例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者采用随机数表法分为两组，每组各
40例，对照组患者行常规吞咽功能训练，观察组在对照组基础上加用针刺治疗，两组疗程均为4周，应用洼田氏饮水试
验评估两组患者治疗前后的吞咽功能。结果 两组患者治疗前的洼田氏饮水试验评分比较差异均无统计学意义
[(4.09±0.72)分 vs (4.10±0.71)分，P>0.05]；观察组治疗后的洼田氏饮水试验评分为(1.40±1.11)分，明显低于对照组的
(2.38±0.97)分，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的治疗总有效率为92.5% (37/40)，明显高于对照组的
82.5% (33/40)，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 吞咽功能训练联合针刺治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍能有效
改善患者的吞咽障碍，促进吞咽功能恢复。

Clinical study of swallowing function training combined with acupuncture in the treatment of dysphagia after
stroke.

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of swallowing function training combined with acupunc-
ture in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke. Methods Using random number table method, 80 patients with dyspha-
gia after stroke treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were divided into two groups (n=40 each). The pa-
tients in the control group received normal swallowing function training, while the patients in the observation group ap-
plied acupuncture based on the control group. The two groups of patients were all treated for 4 weeks. Watian drinking
water test was used to assess the swallowing function of patients in two groups before and after treatment. Results The
Watian drinking water test scores before treatment showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups
[(4.09±0.72) vs (4.10±0.71), P>0.05], but the score after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than
that in the control group [(1.40 ± 1.11) vs (2.38 ± 0.97), P<0.05]. The total effective rate of the observation group was
92.5% (37/40), significantly higher than that of the control group of 82.5% (33/40), with P<0.05. Conclusion Swallow-
ing function training combined with acupuncture in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke can effectively improve the
patient's swallowing dysfunction, and promote the recovery of swallowing function.
