      【摘要】 近年来，诺如病毒(NVs)引发的公共卫生问题越来越受到学者们的关注，最新研究表明诺如病毒是散发性胃肠炎和各年龄段爆发性急性胃肠炎的最常见病因。据WHO预计全球每年因诺如病毒感染死亡的人数约3.5万例。本文主要对诺如病毒病原学、流行病学特征、实验室检测方法、临床表现及治疗等方面的现状及研究进展予以综述。

Current status and advance of norovirus infection.

Recent advances showed that norovirus is the most commoncause of sporadic gastroenteritis and the most common cause of outbreaks of acute gastroenteritis across all ages. TheWHO estimates that the number of deaths worldwide each year due to norovirus infection is about 35 000. This article re-views the etiology, epidemiological characteristics, laboratory testing methods, clinical manifestations and treatmentabout norovirus.
