      标题:驻石部队师职女干部高危型HPV基因型分布

      【摘要】 目的 了解驻石部队师职女干部宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况及亚型分布特点,为宫颈癌的预防与诊治提供理论依据。方法 采集2013年6月至2016年8月于白求恩国际和平医院妇科体检的588例师职女干部宫颈脱落细胞,应用实时荧光PCR对其进行高危型HPV基因分型检测。结果 588例受检者高危型HPV总感染率为 11.9% (70/588),其中单一感染率为 8.2%,多重感染率为 3.7%,检测出的高危型HPV主要型别依次为HPV52型(14.6%)、58型(14.6%)、68型(14.6%)、18型(12.5%)、66型(12.5%)。HPV感染年龄分布情况:≤40岁组4例均未感染;41~50岁组感染率为11.2% (33/294),主要型别依次为HPV66型、52型、18型;51~60岁组感染率为12.8%(32/250),主要型别依次为HPV68型、58型、52型;>60岁组感染率为12.5% (5/40),主要型别为HPV58型;各年龄组的HPV感染率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 驻石部队师职女干部高危型HPV感染以单一感染为主,感染率较高的亚型是HPV52、58、68型,不同年龄分布的感染率无显著差异。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the genotype distribution of high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) in-fection of female division-level cadres in Shijiazhuang area, and to provide evidence for the diagnosis and prevention ofHPV infection. Methods A total of 588 cervical exfoliated cell samples was collected from female division-level cad-res who underwent physical examination in Bethune International Peace Hospital from June 2013 to August 2016. HPVgenotypes were determined with real-time fluorescent PCR (Real-time PCR) assay. Results Among the 588 cases, 70cases were tested for HPV-positive with the total positive rate of 11.9%. Among the positive cases, 8.2% were deter-mined to be infected with single HPV genotype and 3.7% with multiple HPV genotypes. The most prevalent HPV sub-types in the present study were as follows: HPV52 (14.6%), HPV58 (14.6%), HPV68 (14.6%), HPV18 (12.5%), andHPV66 (12.5%). The HPV-positive rate were 0 (0/4) in the age ≤40 group, 11.2% (33/294) in the range age of 41~50group with the most prevalent HPV subtypes as followed HPV66, HPV52, HPV18, 12.8% (32/250) in the age of 51~60group with the most prevalent HPV subtypes of HPV68, HPV58, HPV52 and 12.5% (5/40) in the age >60 group with themost prevalent HPV subtypes of HPV58, respectively. There was no significant difference among different age groups(P>0.05). Conclusion For the female division-level cadres in Shijiazhuang area, single infection is the major form ofHPV infection. The most prevalent high-risk HPV subtypes are HPV52, HPV58 and HPV68. There is no significantlydifference in the HPV positive-rate among different age groups.
