标题：心境焦虑问卷维文版在医学院校大学生中的信效度研究

      【摘要】 目的 评估心境焦虑问卷维文版在医学院校维吾尔族大学生中的信度和效度。方法 选择 335名维吾尔族医学大学生完成心境焦虑问卷，进行量表的内部一致性和验证性因素分析。结果 心境与焦虑症状问卷(MASQ-SF)全量表的α系数为 0.92，4个分量表的α系数在 0.81~0.92之间；全量表的分半信度系数为 0.76，4个分量表的分半信度系数为 0.81~0.91。验证性因子分析结果显示 CFI=O.92，IFI=0.92，NNFI=0.92，RMSEA=0.07。结论 MASQ-SF的信度与效度达到了心理测量学要求，能够有效的评估维吾尔族大学生的焦虑抑郁水平。

Reliability and validity of the Uyghur version of the Mood and Anxiety Symptom Questionnaire–Short Form forUyghur students in medical university.

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the reliability and validity of the Uyghur version of the Mood and AnxietySymptom Questionnaire-Short Form (MASQ-SF) for Uygur students in medical university. Methods A total of 335 Uy-ghur students in medical students completed the MASQ-SF, and the internal consistency and confirmatory factors of thescale were evaluated. Results The Cronbach's α coefficient of the MASQ-SF was 0.92, and the α coefficient of foursubscales ranged from 0.81 to 0.92. The 1/2 reliability coefficient of the full scale was 0.76, and the 1/2 reliability coeffi-cient of four subscales ranged from 0.81 to 0.91. The confirmatory factor analysis showed Comparative Fit Index (CFI)=0.92, Incremental Fit Index (IFI)=0.92, Non-Normed Fit Index (NNFI)=0.92, Root Mean Square Error of Approximation(RMSEA)=0.07. Conclusion The reliability and validity of MASQ-SF meet the requirement of psychometrics, whichcan effectively be used to evaluate the level of anxiety and depression of Uygur students in medical university.
