      标题:炎性反应在早产中的作用及其作用机制

      【摘要】 早产分娩发动机理至今不清,现有研究表明,无论是否存在感染,炎性反应在其分娩发动中具有重要的作用。炎性反应产生的分子物质与模式识别受体(PRRs)结合,激活核因子κB (NF-κB),后者激活一系列早产相关基因的转录,包括基质金属蛋白酶、前列腺素合成酶等,最终引起宫颈的塑形/成熟、子宫的收缩,导致早产。

Role of inflammatory response in preterm birth and its mechanisms.

Existing studies show that, re-gardless of the presence of infection, inflammation plays an important role in the onset of labor. Molecules producedby inflammatory reaction bind with pattern recognition receptors (PRRs) to activate nuclear factor κB (NF-κB).Then NF-κB activate the transcription of genes related to a series of premature birth, including matrix metalloprotein-ases, prostaglandin synthetase, and ultimately lead to cervical shaping/mature, uterine contractions, leading to prema-ture birth.
