标题：上尿路结石致高血压发病机制及治疗的研究进展

      【摘要】 在临床工作中可见到部分高血压患者与上尿路结石有关，解除上尿路梗阻可明显缓解高血压症状。上尿路结石使肾脏入球小动脉收缩而减少肾脏血流量，导致血管紧张素Ⅱ分泌增加、机体水钠排泄障碍及尿利钠激素分泌减少，进而使机体血压升高。为了让更多临床医师了解上尿路结石也是高血压的危险因素，深入研究上尿路结石致高血压的发病机制及合理的治疗措施势在必行。本文重点综述上尿路结石致高血压的发病机制及治疗。

Pathogenesis and treatment of hypertension induced by upper urinary calculi.

Upper urinary tract stonescause the constriction of glomerular afferent arteries and reduced renal blood flow, leading to the increase of angioten-sinⅡ secretion, the body water and sodium excretion disorders and the decrease of natriuretic hormone, and thus resultin hypertension. In order to allow more clinicians to understand upper urinary calculi as a risk factor of hypertension,further study on the pathogenesis of hypertension caused by upper urinary tract stones and reasonable treatment mea-sures is imperative. This article focuses on the pathogenesis and treatment of hypertension caused by upper urinarytract stones.
