标题：海南省传播病毒蚊媒种类及蚊媒病毒流行情况分析

      【摘要】 目的 了解海南省传播病毒的吸血蚊虫种类及蚊媒病毒流行情况。方法 检索1980-2016年海南省蚊虫及蚊媒病毒的相关文献，整理数据并进行分析。结果 海南省传播病毒的吸血蚊虫有白纹伊蚊、埃及伊蚊、三带喙库蚊、淡色库蚊、致倦库蚊、骚扰阿蚊、大劣按蚊、中华按蚊、嵌斑按蚊、微小按蚊、须荫按蚊、须喙按蚊、迷糊按蚊及嗜人按蚊等十余种。在海南省内发现的蚊媒病毒有乙脑病毒、登革病毒、基孔肯雅病毒、盖塔病毒、罗斯河病毒、版纳病毒、布尼安病毒科病毒及一些未确定名称的甲病毒属、黄病毒属病毒。结论 海南省的气候有助于蚊虫孳生、繁殖。带毒蚊虫的活动及多种蚊媒病毒的存在会造成蚊媒病毒传染病广泛传播，成为蚊媒传染病潜在的流行因素。各市县卫生部门应加强对蚊虫种类、密度、分布、病原体携带情况的监控，有效控制蚊媒传染病的传播及暴发。

Analysis of mosquito vector species and epidemic situation of mosquito-borne viruses in Hainan Province.

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the species of blood-sucking mosquitoes that spread the virus and epide-miology of mosquito-borne viruses in Hainan Province. Methods Related literatures of mosquitoes and mosqui-to-borne viruses were collected from 1980 to 2016. Then the data were processed and analyzed. Results Theblood-sucking mosquitoes in Hainan Province included Aedes albopictus, Aedes aegypti, Culex tritaeniorhynchus, Culex pip-iens pallens, Culex quinquefasciatus, Armigeres subalbatus, Anopheles dirus, Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles tessellates, Anophe-les minimus, Anopheles arbumbrosus, Anopheles arbirostris, Anopheles vagus, Anopheles anthropophagus. Then the mosqui-to-borne viruses including Japanese encephalitis virus, Dengue virus, Chikungunya virus, Getter virus, Ross River virus,Banna virus, Bunyaviridae, other Flavivirus and Alphavirus viruses were found in Hainan Province. Conclusion Theclimate of Hainan province contributes to mosquito breeding and reproduction. Mosquito activities and the presence ofmosquito-borne viruses result in the spread of mosquito-borne diseases. The health departments should strengthen thesurveillance of mosquito species, density, distribution and pathogens, and effectively control the spread and outbreak ofmosquito-borne infectious diseases.
