      【摘要】 冠心病是最常见的心血管疾病，其发病率、死亡率一直居高不下，甚至有人预测到2020年冠心病将成为全球人口最主要的死亡病因。因此早期识别、诊断冠心病，并及时干预、治疗以阻止冠心病进一步发展显得尤为重要。关于BNP或NT-proBNP与冠心病(CHD)的关系，不少人进行了研究, 表明BNP或NT-proBNP能反映冠心病的危重程度，并有助于冠心病的诊断及预后判断。

It is predicted that coronary heart disease would become the main cause of death inthe world by 2020. Therefore, early recognition and diagnose of coronary heart disease, and timely intervention and treat-ment to prevent further development of the disease have become very important. Many experts have studied the relation-ship between brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) or N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) and coronaryheart disease (CHD), which shows that BNP or NT-proBNP could reflect the severity of coronary heart disease and pro-vide useful information about diagnose and prognosis of coronary heart disease.
