      标题:浸润性乳腺癌患者外周血中25羟维生素D3的测定及临床意义

      【摘要】 目的 检测 25羟维生素D3 [25(OH)D3]在浸润性乳腺癌外周血中的水平,探讨其在浸润性乳腺癌发生、发展的作用。方法 收集2015年1~12月间来我院住院治疗的浸润性乳腺癌患者122例(乳腺癌组),乳腺良性肿瘤患者40例(乳腺良性肿瘤组)和健康体检者40例(健康对照组),乳腺癌组患者均经病理检查确诊。采集外周血,酶联免疫吸附实验(Elisa法)测定25(OH)D3的水平;同时收集122例浸润性乳腺癌患者的肿瘤组织,采用免疫组织染色法测定组织的石蜡切片中的雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、人表皮生长因子受体-2 (Cerb-2)和p53蛋白(抑癌基因p53)的表达水平,并分析其与25(OH)D3的关系。结果 (1)乳腺癌组、乳腺良性肿瘤组和健康对照组外周血中的25(OH)D3的水平分别为(34.9±12.8) nmol/L、(46.9±11.3) nmol/L和(51.4±13.2) nmol/L,乳腺癌患者的外周血中25(OH)D3的水平明显低于乳腺良性肿瘤患者和健康者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)乳腺癌患者外周血中 25(OH) D3水平与年龄、PR、VEGF和临床分期有显著性相关(P<0.05),而与淋巴结是否转移、肿瘤大小、ER、Cerb-2和p53无显著性相关(P>0.05)。结论 25(OH)D3在乳腺癌的发生、发展中具有不可忽视的作用。

Clinical significance of detecting 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in peripheral blood of patients with invasive breastcancer.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 (25 (OH)D3) in the peripheral blood ofpatients and to reveal the occurrence and development of invasive breast cancer. Methods One hundred and twen-ty-two patients with invasive breast cancer, forty healthy volunteers and forty patients with benign breast tumor admittedin our hospital between January 2015 and December 2015 were recruited, and breast cancer patients were diagnosed bypathological examination. The level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in their peripheral blood samples were detected by en-zyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method, and the results were statistically analyzed. Immunohistochemistrystaining was used to determine the expression level of estrogen receptor (ER), progestrone receptor (PR), vascular endo-thelial growth factor (VEGF), Cerb-2 and p53 protein in 122 patients with invasive breast cancer, then the relationshipbetween these protein level and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 was analyzed respectively. Results (1) The value of 25-hy-droxyvitamin D3 in invasive breast cancer patients was (34.9±12.8) nmol/L, which was significant lower than (46.9±11.3) nmol/L in benign breast tumor patients and (51.4±13.2) nmol/L of healthy volunteers (P<0.05). (2) The 25-hy-droxyvitamin D3 level of the peripheral blood in patients with invasive breast cancer was significantly associated withage, PR, VEGF and clinical stage (P<0.05), but not with the metastasis of lymph node, tumor size, the level of ER,Cerb-2, and P53 (P>0.05). Conclusion 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 might play an important role in the occurrence and de-velopment of breast cancer.
