标题：腹腔镜全直肠系膜切除术治疗老年中低位直肠癌的近期疗效及安全性评价

      【摘要】 目的 评价腹腔镜全直肠系膜切除术(TME)对老年中低位直肠癌患者的近期疗效及安全性。方法 选取 2012年 1月至 2016年 1月于我院接受治疗的中低位直肠癌老年患者 82例，以随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各41例。对照组患者采用开腹TME手术治疗，观察组患者则采用腹腔镜下TME治疗，比较两组患者的近期疗效及安全性。结果 观察组患者的手术时间和术中出血量分别为(158.4±51.4) min、(86.5±36.3) mL，均明显低于对照组的(192.3±66.8) min和(114.5±46.9) mL，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者术后镇痛时间、留置尿管时间以及肛门排气时间分别为(2.0±0.6) d、(4.6±1.9) d和(44.2±14.5) h，均明显低于对照组的(3.8±1.4) d、(7.0±3.3) d及(96.4±32.4) h，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者术后并发症发生率及感染率分别为7.32%、2.44%，均明显低于对照组的26.83%、17.07%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜TME术式治疗老年中低位直肠癌疗效显著，其可有效减轻患者痛苦，促进其早日康复，且具有较好的安全性。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy and safety evaluation of laparoscopic total mesorec-tal excision (TME) operation in the treatment of mid-low rectal cancer in elderly patients.
