标题：急性阑尾炎的64层螺旋CT平扫表现与病理对照研究

      【摘要】 目的 对比研究急性阑尾炎64层螺旋CT平扫特征与术后病理结果。方法 回顾性分析上海中医药大学附属第七人民医院2015年10月至2016年12月期间收治的50例经手术病理证实的急性阑尾炎患者的临床和病理资料，所有患者术前均行64层螺旋CT平扫和二维重建检查，并将CT表现与手术病理结果进行比较。结果 50例急性阑尾炎患者CT全部显示阑尾增粗，49例显示阑尾周围炎症性改变，主要表现阑尾周围脂肪组织内出现片絮状或条纹状密度增高影，26例阑尾周围筋膜增厚，27例阑尾内粪石，5例阑尾周围脓肿形成。结论 64层螺旋CT平扫诊断急性阑尾炎快速、准确，具有较高的临床价值。

Study on plain scan findings and pathology of 64-slice spiral CT in acute appendicitis.

【Abstract】 Objective To compare CT plain scan features and postoperative pathological results of 64-slice spi-ral in acute appendicitis. Methods Clinical and pathological data of 50 patients with acute appendicitis who confirmedby surgery and pathology were collected in Seventh People's Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine from October 2015 to December 2016. All patients underwent 64 slice spiral CT scan and two dimensional reconstruc-tion before operation, and the CT manifestations and surgical and pathological results were compared. Results Totally 50cases of appendix CT showed abnormalities with appendix thickening, appendiceal wall thickening and edema. Totally 49cases showed inflammatory changes around the appendix, and CT results showed main fat tissue around the appendix ap-peared flocculent or striped shadows of high density, including 26 cases of appendiceal fascial thickening, 27 cases of ap-pendix stercorolith, and 5 cases of appendiceal abscess. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT nonenhanced scan in diagnosisof acute appendicitis is rapid and accurate, which has high clinical value.
