      标题:单纯钙化灶在X线摄影鉴别乳腺良恶性病变中的诊断价值

      【摘要】 目的 探讨乳腺X线摄影中检出单纯钙化灶对良、恶性病变的鉴别诊断价值。方法 收集江苏大学附属人民医院 2011年 3月至 2016年 3月期间乳腺X线摄影表现为单纯钙化、手术切除并经病理证实的乳腺病变145例,均有完整的乳腺X线摄影图像和临床病历资料。依据美国放射学院(ACR)公布的 2013版乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS)指南,将钙化按照形态、分布采集数据。总结乳腺良、恶性病变中钙化的形态、分布特点。结果 本组145例乳腺单纯钙化病变中,典型良性钙化69例,可疑钙化76例;病理良性84例,恶性61例。典型良性钙化形态、可疑钙化形态、不同分布(集群、区域、段样)在病变的良恶性鉴别上具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 单纯钙化的不同形态、分布对乳腺良恶性病变的鉴别具有重要价值。

Value of pure calcification in mammography differentiating benign and malignant breast lesions.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the detection value of pure calcification in the diagnosis of benign and malig-nant lesions with mammography. Methods The clinical data and imaging findings of 145 cases of breast lesions withpure calcification, surgical resection and confirmed by pathology in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2016 werecollected. According to the 2013 edition of the breast imaging report and data system (BI-RADS), published by the Unit-ed States Institute of Radiology (ACR), calcifications were collected according to morphology and distribution. The mor-phology and distribution of calcification in benign and malignant breast lesions were summarized. Results Among the145 cases of pure calcification, there were 69 cases of typical benign calcification, 76 cases of suspicious calcification,84 cases of benign and 61 cases of malignant. Typical benign calcification morphology, suspicious calcified morphology,different distribution (cluster, region, segment) were statistically significant in the differential diagnosis of benign andmalignant lesions (P<0.05). Conclusion The different forms and distribution of pure calcification have important valuein the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.
