标题：透明质酸钠联合超短波理疗对踝关节创伤性滑膜炎患者Baird-Jackson评分的影响

      【摘要】 目的 研究透明质酸钠(SH)对踝关节创伤性滑膜炎(TSAJ)患者Baird-Jackson评分的影响。方法 选择我院骨科2012年8月至2015年8月收治的90例TSAJ患者作为研究对象，共计108踝。以随机数表法随机分为观察组(48例，56踝)和对照组(42例，52踝)。对照组患者单纯采用超短波理疗(UWT)方案治疗，观察组患者则在其基础上另注射SH治疗5周，于治疗前和治疗后3个月对两组患者分别实施Baird-Jackson评分和VAS评分，利用CT等影像学手段评价患者的症状，比较两组患者治疗前后的Baird-Jackson评分和VAS评分以及疗效。结果 观察组患者治疗后3个月的Baird-Jackson评分显著上升，且幅度从(68.2±7.3)分上升到(80.3±7.3)分，高于对照组[(67.9±6.7)分上升到(71.4±6.8)分]，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的VAS评分均显著下降，但观察组下降幅度从(7.47±2.03)分至(3.04±0.85)分，高于对照组[(7.50±2.55)分至(4.29±1.17)分]，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的治疗总有效率为 97.92% (47/48)，明显高于对照组的 83.33% (35/42)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SH联合UWT治疗TSAJ可有效改善患者的Baird-Jackson评分，提高疗效，值得临床推荐应用。

Effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with ultrashort wave therapy on the Baird-Jackson score of patients withtraumatic synovitis of the ankle joint.

【Abstract】 Objective To study impact of sodium hyaluronate (SH) combined with ultrashort wave therapy(UWT) on the Baird-Jackson score of patients with traumatic synovitis of the ankle joint (TSAJ). Methods From Au-gust 2012 to August 2015, 90 TSAJ patients (a total of 108 ankles) in Department of Orthopedics in our hospital were se-lected for the study, which were randomly divided into observation group (48 cases, 56 ankles) and control group (42 cas-es, 52 ankles) according to random number table. Patients in the control group were treated with UWT, while those in theobservation group were treated with SH for 5 weeks based on UWT. Before treatment and three months after treatment,the Baird-Jackson score and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score were recorded, and the symptoms were evaluated by CT.Baird-Jackson score, VAS score, and the curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results Three monthsafter treatment, Baird-Jackson score in the observation group increased significantly compared with those before treat-ment, (80.3±7.3) vs (68.2±7.3), while the score in control group were increased significantly from (67.9±6.7) to (71.4±6.8), with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score decreasedsignificantly, from (7.47±2.03) to (3.04±0.85) in the observation group and from (7.50±2.55) to (4.29±1.17) in the controlgroup, with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observationgroup was 97.92% (47/48), significantly higher than that in the control group of 83.33% (35/42), and the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion SH combined with UWT in the treatment of TSAJ patients can effectivelyimprove patients' Baird-Jackson score, and increase the efficacy, which is worthy of recommendation.
