标题：聚焦解决护理模式在胃造瘘患者中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 探讨聚焦解决护理模式在食管癌胃造瘘患者中的应用效果。方法 选择我院2015年1月至2016年1月收治的44例食管癌胃造瘘患者作为研究对象，根据入院先后顺序随机分为普通组与聚焦组，每组各22例，普通组患者接受造瘘口一般护理措施，聚焦组提出护理问题并应用聚焦解决模式进行护理。采用WKOQOL-100量表与自制心理症状评分表评价两组患者的心理状况及生活质量情况。结果 普通组患者的心理焦虑、人际交流障碍、敏感度及抑郁心理等方面评分均较聚焦组低，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；普通组患者消化道功能、社会融洽度、心理障碍、机体健康及家庭相处等指标评分均较聚焦组低，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对食管癌后期接受胃造瘘患者在实施综合护理模式基础上结合聚焦解决护理模式，注重心理护理，大部分患者心理症状评分较高且生活质量较好。

Application of focused nursing care model in patients undergoing gastric fistula.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of focused nursing care model in patients with esopha-geal cancer undergoing gastric fistula. Methods A total of 44 patients with esophageal cancer undergoing gastric fistulain our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects. All patients were randomly di-vided into normal group and focus group according to the order of admission, with 22 patients in each group. Normalgroup received general nursing measures, while focus group applied focused nursing care model on the based on the nor-mal group. The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated by the WKOQOL-100 scaleand self-made psychological symptom score sheet. Results The scores of anxiety, interpersonal communication barri-ers, sensitivity and depression in normal group were significantly lower than those in the focus group, and the differenc-es were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of digestive tract function, social harmony, psychological block,physical health and family getting along in normal group were significantly lower than those in the focus group, and thedifferences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with late esophageal cancer received gas-tric fistula, the implementation of comprehensive nursing mode combined with focused nursing care model pay attentionto the psychological nursing, and can improve the psychological symptoms score and quality of life.
