      标题:心肌梗死后恶性心律失常指标预测

      【摘要】 随着人口老龄化的到来、饮食结构的变更、生活方式的改变,急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarc-tion,AMI)作为临床上最常见的心血管危急重症,发病率正在不断升高。尽管医疗环境有所改善,冠心病仍然占据着心血管系统疾病死亡病因的重要位置,其中又以急性心肌梗死的死亡率占首位。而且心肌梗死(myocardial in-farction,MI)后恶性心律失常的致死率极高,故对恶性心律失常进行早期预测、评估、处理是降低患者病死率的重要手段,目前临床上仍然没有确切的指标可预测MI 后恶性心律失常的发生。不过随着医学研究的不断进步和医务工作者的不断探索,心肌梗死后一些常规指标的变化与恶性心律失常呈现相关性。本文将其中一些研究做一综述,为心血管临床医师对患者病情的评估提供指导。

Some indexes in the prediction of malignant arrhythmia after myocardial infarction.

Department of Cardiology, the FirstAffiliated Hospital of Yangtze University, Jingzhou 434000, Hubei, CHINA【Abstract】 With the coming of population ageing, changes in diets and lifestyle in our country, acute myocardialinfarction (AMI), as one of the most common cardiovascular emergency disease, is on the rise. Although medical envi-ronment was improved, coronary heart disease still holds the important position in death cause of cardiovascular disease,especially the mortality of acute myocardial infarction accounted for the first one. The fatality rate of malignant arrhyth-mia after myocardial infarction is extremely high, so its early detection, assessment, treatment is an important measure todecrease the mortality of patients. The present clinical study is still no relevant indicators can predict the incidence of ma-lignant arrhythmia after MI. With the progressing of medical research and advances in medical researchers, a large num-ber of studies have shown that some indicators of after myocardial infarction may play a role in predicting malignant ar-rhythmia. In the review, we summary these progresses and hope to be able to provide guidance for cardiovascular clini-cal physicians.
