标题：胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT及MRI表现

      【摘要】 目的 探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT及MRI表现。方法 回顾性分析2008年5月至2016年4月7例经本院手术病理证实的胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的影像表现，术前4例同时行CT及MRI平扫和增强扫描，3例只行CT平扫和增强扫描。结果 肿瘤2例位于胰头颈部，5例位于胰尾部。直径3~14 cm。均为囊实性肿块。囊性、实性成分比例各有不同。肿瘤内伴有不同程度的出血，囊壁与周围组织分界清楚，2例见钙化灶。增强扫描肿瘤实性部分及囊壁有强化，动脉期呈轻度强化；静脉期及延迟期呈轻至中度强化，延迟期肿瘤实性部分强化范围及程度更大，囊性和实性分界变得清晰，但密度均低于正常胰腺。结论 胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的影像学表现具有一定的特征性，结合临床资料，术前可做出正确诊断。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore CT and MRI manifestations of solid pseudopapillary tumor (SPTP) of thepancreas. Methods The CT and MRI manifestations of 7 patients with SPTP who were proved pathologically in ourhospital from May 2008 to April 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. Before the surgery, 4 cases were given CT andMRI plain and contrast enhanced scanning, and 3 cases were only examined with CT plain scanning and contrast en-hanced scanning. Results Of these 7 cases, tumors were located at the head and neck of pancreas in 2 cases, and at thetail of the pancreas in 5 cases. The diameters were 3-l4 cm. The tumors were shown to be solid mass, and then propor-tion of solid component and cystic component was different. There were different degrees of bleeding in the tumors, andthe boundaries of the cystic walls and peripheral tissues were clear, with 2 cases of calcification. Contrast enhanced scan-ning showed the solid component and cystic wall were enhanced and was slightly enhanced in arterial phase, whichshowed mild to moderate enhancement in venous phase and delayed phase. The strengthening range and degree of tumorsolid part in the delay period were even greater, with clear cystic and solid boundary, but the density was lower than thatof normal pancreas. Conclusion There are some characteristics in CT and MRI manifestations of SPTP. Accurate diag-nosis may be obtained by the imaging study combined with the clinical data.
