标题：卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤的CT特征

      【摘要】 目的 分析卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤的CT特点，以提高对该病的认识及术前诊断的准确率。方法 回顾性分析本院2013年1月至2015年12月12例经手术病理证实的卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤患者的CT资料，并与病理结果进行对照。结果 12例患者(绝经后患者7例，绝经前患者5例)发现13个病灶，单侧病变11例，双侧病变1例，类圆形或椭圆形病灶7个，形态不规则病灶6个，囊实性病灶7个，实性病灶6个。12例患者均行CT平扫及增强扫描，其中8例呈轻度强化，强化程度小于10 HU，其中4例病灶内部见强化的小血管影，4例无明显强化。7例伴有少量盆腔积液，3例伴有子宫肌瘤，2例合并蒂扭转，1例伴有子宫内膜卵巢肿瘤；卵泡膜细胞瘤；电子计算机体层摄影增生，1例伴有大量腹水，2例无其他合并症。结论 卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤CT平扫的低密度表现及乏血供的增强方式，具有一定的特征性，有助于该病的诊断及鉴别诊断。

CT characteristics of ovarian thecoma.

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the CT characteristics of ovarian thecoma, and to improve the recognition ofthe disease and the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis. Methods The imaging findings of CT examination of 12 casesof ovarian thecoma confirmed by operation and pathology from January 2013 to December 2015 were retrospectively an-alyzed, and the pathological results were compared. Results Twelve patients (7 were postmenopausal and 5 were pre-menopausal) were found to have 13 lesions. The tumors were unilateral lesions in 11 patients and bilateral lesion in 1 pa-tient; the tumors were round or oval in 7 cases and irregularly shaped lesions in 6 cases; the tumors were cystic-solidmass in 7 cases and solid mass without cystic areas in 6 cases. All the patients underwent plain and enhanced CT scan.Among them, 8 cases displayed mild enhancement, with the extent less than 10 HU. 4 cases showed enhancement ofsmall blood vessels within the lesion, and 4 cases had no obvious enhancement. There were 7 cases with a small amountof pelvic fluid, 3 cases with uterine fibroids, and 2 cases with torsion, 1 case associated with endometrial hyperplasia, 1case with massive ascites, 2 cases without other complications. Conclusion Low density CT plain scan and mild en-hancement pattern due to poor blood supply are the characteristics of ovarian thecoma, which is helpful to the diagnosisand differential diagnosis of ovarian thecoma.
