      标题:武汉地区536名体检人群ALDH2的基因多态性分布

      【摘要】 目的 了解武汉地区体检人群ALDH2基因多态性的分布情况。方法 选取 2015年 6月至 2016年4月在武汉大学人民医院进行 ALDH2基因检测的无亲缘关系健康体检人群 536名,其中男性 384名,女性 152名。采用基因芯片法检测 ALDH2 rs671基因多态性,同时与已报道的其他地区 ALDH2 rs671基因型结果进行比较。结果 在武汉地区536名体检人群中,ALDH2 rs671三种基因型即GG型、GA型和AA型频率分别为64.18%、31.90%和3.92%;不同年龄段ALDH2基因型分布比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。本地区与上海、洛阳、西宁、四川地区ALDH2 rs671基因型比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),与北京、台湾和山东地区比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 武汉地区ALDH2 rs671基因多态性分布具有地域特异性,ALDH2 GG型是本地区优势基因型。

Distribution of ALDH2 gene polymorphism in 536 cases of health checkup in Wuhan.

【Abstract】 Objective To study the distribution of aldehyde dehydrogenase 2 family (ALDH2) gene polymor-phism of health checkup in Wuhan. Methods A total of 536 cases of health checkup, whose ALDH2 genotype were de-tected in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from June 2015 to April 2016, among which 384 were male and 152 werefemale, were selected as the research objects. The polymorphism of ALDH2 rs671 was detected by gene-chip method, andthe results were compared with ALDH2 rs671 genotype of other regions. Results The frequencies of type GG, type GAand type AA in ALDH2 rs671 in 536 cases of health checkup in Wuhan were 64.18%, 31.90% and 3.92%, respectively.There was no significant difference in ALDH2 genotype distribution among different age groups (P>0.05). There was nosignificant difference in ALDH2 genotype between this region and Luoyang, Xining, Shanghai, Sichuan (P>0.05), butthere was significant difference between this region and Beijing, Taiwan, Shandong (P<0.05). Conclusion The distribu-tion of ALDH2 rs671 gene polymorphism is regionally specific in Wuhan, and ALDH2 genotype GG is the dominant geno-type in this region.
