标题：年轻恒牙牙髓血运重建的新进展

      【摘要】 牙髓血运重建是针对年轻恒牙的牙髓病变或部分根尖周炎症的一种新的治疗方法。牙髓血运重建需要完善有效的根管消毒，同时又要尽可能保留干细胞的活性，利用根管内再生支架为干细胞增殖和分化提供良好的微环境，最终达到促使牙根继续发育的目的。本篇综述综合以往文献资料提出一种更为理想的实验方案。

Research advance of pulp revascularization for immature permanent teeth.

Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Hospital of Stomatology, Jilin University,Changchun 130021, Jilin, CHINA【Abstract】 Dental pulp revascularization is a new treatment method for treating severe pulp lesion or periapicalinflammation for immature permanent teeth. The method not only acquires thoroughly effective root canal disinfection,but also needs to protect viability of the stem cells to the greatest extent. Above all, the scaffold in the canal provides amicroenvironment for the stem cell to proliferate and differentiate, thus promoting root continuing development. This ar-ticle will make a retrospect on the development of the method and propose a new scheme.
