标题：高强度聚焦超声治疗良性前列腺增生现状及进展

      【摘要】 良性前列腺增生(BPH)是影响男性生活质量的多发病，其发病率随年龄增高呈递增趋势，随着我国社会老人口龄化加重，患患者口将会日益增多。高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)是将超声波能量在体外定位聚焦，使局部达到高温，引起组织热损伤导致凝固性、坏死、脱落、吸收，从而达到治疗目的的治疗方式。HIFU治疗BPH安全、疗效明确，显示出良好的的应用前景，现本文将其应用现状及进展简要综述。

Current situation and development of high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of benign prostatichyperplasia.

High intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) is a therapy that causes thermal damage to tissue, and then coagulation, necrosis, fall off, absorption by focusinghigh intensive ultrasound on a certain tissue. HIFU for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is safe, effective andshows a great prosperity. This paper will review the current situation and development trend of HIFU in the treatment ofbenign prostatic hyperplasia.
