标题：CO2点阵激光联合胶原贴敷料治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 探讨CO2点阵激光联合胶原贴敷料治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的疗效。方法 选取我院 2014
年 1月至 2015年 5月收治的面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者 84例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组 42
例。所有患者均接受CO2点阵激光治疗，观察组外用胶原贴敷料，对照组不作处理。CO2点阵激光治疗结束冰
袋冷敷 20 min后，进行急性炎症反应的半定量评分；治疗结束后进行疗效评价；治疗结束后 6个月记录不良反应
等。结果 观察组急性炎症反应的半定量评分[(1.52±0.38)分]、误工期[(7.60±2.80) d]、痂皮脱落时间[(6.35±1.50) d]
明显低于对照组的[急性炎症反应的半定量评分(2.10±0.52)分、误工期(10.50±3.45) d、痂皮脱落时间(8.25±2.15) d，
P<0.05]；观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为92.86%和76.19%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组色素沉
着发生率为19.05%、持久性潮红发生率为0，感染性脓疱发生率为2.38%，显著低于对照组的30.95%、4.76%、7.14%
(P<0.05)；两组均未发生瘢痕增生。结论 CO2点阵激光联合胶原贴敷料治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕疗效显著，其具
有不良反应低、结痂时间和误工期短的优点，值得临床推荐使用。

Efficacy of CO2 fractional laser combined with collagen dressing in treatment of facial pitted acne scars.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of CO2 fractional laser combined with collagen dressing in the
treatment of facial pitted acne scars. Methods Eighty-four patients with facial pitted acne scars in our hospital from
January 2014 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=42) and control group (n=42)
based on the random number table. All patients underwent CO2 fractional laser therapy, and the observation group was ad-
ditionally treated with collagen dressing. The patients were treated with a cold compress for 20 min following CO2 frac-
tional laser therapy, and then acute inflammation were scored semi-quantitatively. Efficacy was evaluated after treat-
ment, and adverse reactions were recorded 6 months after the end of treatment. Results The semi-quantitative scores
of acute inflammation reaction, duration for delayed work and duration of scab formation in observation group were sig-
nificantly lower or shorter than those in control group [(1.52±0.38) vs (2.10±0.52), (7.60±2.80) d vs (10.50±3.45) d,
(6.35±1.50) d vs (8.25±2.15) d, P<0.05]. The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were
92.86% and 76.19% respectively, and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The
incidences of pigmentation, persistent redness, infectious pustule in the observation group were significantly lower than
those in the control group (19.05% vs 30.95%, 0 vs 4.76%, 2.38% vs 7.14%, P<0.05). No scar hyperplasia occurred in the
two groups. Conclusion CO2 fractional laser combined with collagen dressing is significantly effective in treatment of
facial pitted acne scars, which has the advantage of low adverse reaction, short duration for delayed work and duration of
scab formation. It is worth to be recommended in clinical practice.
