      标题:正畸治疗不同年龄大鼠牙根吸收的实验研究

      【摘要】 目的 比较正畸治疗对不同年龄阶段大鼠牙根吸收的差异。方法 选用48只SD大鼠,建立正畸牙根吸收模型,以24只12周龄大鼠为青春期组,24只24周龄大鼠为成年组,将每组SD大鼠采用随机区组设计进行分组,又各分为4个实验小组 (牙根吸收1 d、7 d、14 d和28 d组),每组6只;设置自身对照,对照组取对侧未加力侧,分别在安装正畸加力装置加力后1 d、7 d、14 d和28 d处死。采用苏木精-伊红染色观察牙根吸收情况,分析牙根吸收率,测量牙移动距离。结果 ①第 1天和第 7天,青春期组和成年期组牙移动距离差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第14天,青春期组的牙移动距离大于成年期组(0.71±0.09) mm vs (0.39±0.23) mm;第28天,青春期组的牙移动距离大于成年期组(1.87±0.41) mm vs (1.06±0.13) mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组在1~28 d均未见明显牙移动距离。②第1天吸收点数及百分比青春期组、成年组、对照组三组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第7天,青春期组吸收点比成年组少(5.17±0.75) vs (7.17±0.75);第14天,青春期组吸收点比成年组少(2.17±0.75) vs (4.00±0.63),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第28天,三组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 青春期和成年期大鼠均可通过正畸治疗完成牙移动,年龄因素对正畸牙根吸收有一定影响,成年期大鼠的牙根吸收更严重。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the differences of orthodontic root absorption of different age Sprague-Daw-ley (SD) rats. Methods Forty-eight male SD rats were selected and used to establish the models of orthodontic toothmovement. These rats were divided into two groups according to age: the adolescence group (n=24, age=12 weeks) andthe adulthood group (n=24, age=24 weeks). Then the two groups were divided into four experimental groups (1 d, 7 d,14 d, and 28 d group) by randomized block design, with 6 rats in each group. Its own control was set up, and the controlgroup did not take the contralateral side force. These rats were killed in groups over the period of 1, 7, 14, 28 days af-ter installed the orthodontic force.
