      【摘要】 骨钙素(Osteocalcin,OC)是成骨细胞分泌并沉积在骨基质中的非胶原蛋白,参与骨的矿化。糖代谢
可以影响成骨细胞活性,最近研究发现羧化不全骨钙素(uncarboxylatedostecalcin,ucOC)可以促进小鼠胰岛β细胞
增殖,胰岛素分泌,增强胰岛素敏感性,进而调控血糖。在糖尿病人群中也发现骨钙素含量与血糖、胰岛素抵抗等
存在相关性,这将有助于在控制血糖领域的研究。

Research progress of osteocalcin in glucose metabolism.

【Abstract】 Osteocalcin (OC), secreted by osteoblasts, is a non-collagen protein and deposits in bone matrix, af-
fecting bone mineralization. Glucose metabolism can affect osteoblast function. Recent studies have shown that uncar-
boxylatedostecalcin (ucOC) can promote mouse islet beta cells proliferation and insulin secretion, increase insulin sensi-
tivity and control blood glucose. The findings of the correlations between osteocalcin content and glucose, insulin resis-
tance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) would contribute to the control of blood glucose.
