      【摘要】 动脉粥样硬化是大、中动脉的一种慢性炎症性疾病,是心血管事件的首要病因,亦是全世界人类最常
见的死亡原因之一。炎症是动脉粥样硬化发生的核心机制,亦主导着动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定性及血栓形成的潜
在可能性。IL-17A作为一种新发现的炎症因子在动脉粥样硬化中发挥着重要的作用。现将 IL-17A在动脉粥样硬
化中的作用进行综述。

【Abstract】 Atherosclerosis is a kind of chronic inflammatory disease of large and medium-sized artery and the
primary cause of cardiovascular events, which is also one of the most common causes of human death around the world.
Inflammation is the core mechanism of atherosclerosis, which also dominates the stability of atherosclerotic plaque and
the potential for thrombosis. As a newly discovered inflammatory factor, IL-17A play an important role in atherosclero-
sis. In this article, the role of IL-17A in atherosclerosis is summarized.
