      【摘要】 舍格伦综合征是一种具有独特特征且临床症状多样的慢性自身免疫性疾病。该病在临床上分为原
发和继发两类，从局部外分泌腺病变到系统性免疫疾病、淋巴瘤等均可发生，严重影响患者生活质量。关于该病的
病因和发病机制尚未完全明确，有许多问题有待进一步研究。

【Abstract】 Sj?gren's syndrome is a chronic autoimmune disease with unique features and varied clinical mani-
festations. The syndrome is usually classified as either“primary”or“secondary”and may involves local exocrinopathy,
systemic autoimmune disease and lymphoma, which has serious influence on the quality of life in patients. Up to now,
the etiology and pathogenesis of Sj?gren's syndrome has not been fully elucidated, with lots of problems needed to be
further studied.
