      【摘要】 Rho/ROCK通路在细胞骨架的调节方面起到重要作用。Rho/ROCK抑制剂可以通过调节小梁网中肌
动蛋白细胞骨架、细胞外基质以及Schlemm's管内皮细胞功能,从而降低眼压。同时,抑制Rho/ROCK途径,可增加
视乳头血流量、维持视网膜神经节细胞生存、促进轴突再生,甚至发现在抗青光眼滤过术后能抗瘢痕化。考虑到其
眼压调节、抗瘢痕作用和视神经保护特性,Rho/ROCK信号通路是抗青光眼治疗的重要目标,在不久的将来它将用
于青光眼的推荐治疗方案。

【Abstract】 The Rho/ROCK pathway plays an important role in the regulation of cytoskeleton. Rho /ROCK in-
hibitor reduces the intraocular pressure (IOP) through modulate of the actin cytoskeleton in trabecular meshwork and ad-
justs the function of extracellular material and Schlemm's vascular endothelial cells. At the same time, the inhibition of
Rho/ROCK can increase the flow of the optic nerve head, maintain the survival of retinal ganglion cells, promote the re-
generation of axons and even can be found the function of anti-scarring after glaucoma filtration surgery. Taking into ac-
count the effect of the regulation of intraocular pressure, anti scarring and the protection of the optic nerve, Rho/ROCK
signaling pathway is an important target for the treatment of glaucoma. It will be used for the treatment of glaucoma in
the near future.
