标题：超声心动图对酒精依赖患者左房及左室功能的研究

      【摘要】 目的 应用超声心动图技术评价酒精依赖患者左房及左室功能，探索大量酒精摄入对左心功能的
早期影响。方法 选取40例男性健康志愿者作为对照组、50例酒精依赖患者作为观察组，两组均进行超声心动
图检查，检测其静息状态下的心内结构、血流和功能。结果 (1)左房功能各项指标中，观察组的左房储存器容积
(LARV)及左房最大容积指数(LAVI)明显较对照组大，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；(2)左室功能各项指标中，观
察组的二尖瓣血流E峰速度、E/A比值、心输出量(CO)低于对照组，左室舒张末内径（LVDd）高于对照组，差异均
有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 酒精依赖患者的左房及左室舒张功能减退，超声心动图对酒精依赖患者早期左
心功能评价具有重要临床价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the left atrial and left ventricular function in patients with alcohol depen-
dence by echocardiography, explore the early effect of heavy alcohol intake on left heart function. Methods Forty
healthy people were selected as the control group, and 50 patients with alcohol dependence were enrolled as the study
group. Both groups were examined the construction, blood flow and functions of heart by echocardiography in quies-
cent condition. Results (1) In the left atrial function indexes, left atrial reservoir volume (LARV) and left atrial vol-
ume index (LAVI) of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). (2) In the left
ventricular function indexes, mitral E velocity, E/A ratio of mitral flow spectrum and cardiac output (CO) of the study
group were significantly lower than those of the control group, while left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVDd) of
the study group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Heavy alcohol intake leads to left atrial and left ven-
tricular diastolic dysfunction. Echocardiography can assess the early change of left heart function in patients with alco-
hol dependence.
