      【摘要】 目的 探索在位内膜是否有异常改变,以证实现有治疗方法的有效性。方法 随机选取2013年11
月至2014年5月于我院妇科经腹腔镜及病理确诊为子宫内膜异位症的患者40例为内异症组,既往因子宫内膜异
位症在我院治疗后未复发的患者38例为治愈组,另选取30例同期健康育龄妇女为对照组。检测并比较三组受
检者的基质金属蛋白酶 9 (MMP-9)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋白的表达水平。结果 内异症组在位内膜
MMP-9和VEGF的表达较治愈组和对照组均明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治愈组MMP-9和VEGF
的表达与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);MMP-9和VEGF的表达存在正相关关系(r=0.805,P<0.05)。
结论 内异症患者在位内膜的MMP-9和VEGF的表达异常,促进异位病灶形成;手术彻底切除内异症病灶联合
药物治疗后MMP-9和VEGF表达恢复正常,延迟复发。

Expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 and vascular endothelial growth factor in eutopic endometrium of
patients with endometriosis.

【Abstract】 Objective To study the change of eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis, in order to
confirm the clinical efficacy of treatment. Methods Forty patients diagnosed as endometriosis by laparoscopy and
pathology from November 2013 to May 2014 in the Department of Gynaecology in our hospital were enrolled as en-
dometriosis group. Thirty-eight patients of endometriosis cured in our hospital without recurrence after treatment were
selected as cured group. Thirty healthy women were selected as control group. The expression levels of matrix metallo-
proteinase 9 (MMP-9) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the three groups were detected and com-
pared. Results MMP-9 and VEGF expression in endometriosis group were significantly higher than cured group
and control group (P<0.05), with no statistically significant difference between cured group and control group (P>0.05).
The expressions of MMP-9 and VEGF were positively correlated (r=0.805, P<0.05). Conclusion MMP-9 and VEGF
of eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis are expressed abnormally, which promote endometriotic lesions.
Complete surgical excision of endometriotic lesions combined with drug treatment can postpone recurrence.
