标题：老年患者心肺复苏效果及其相关影响因素分析

      【摘要】 目的 探讨老年患者心肺复苏（CPR)的效果及其相关影响因素。方法 选取2013年11月至2015年11
月间中山巿古镇人民医院急诊科80例实施院前或院内CPR老年患者为研究对象，观察心肺复苏成功率，比较成功组
与失败组性别、年龄、心脏按压开始时间、气管插管时间、电除颤开始时间、肾上腺素用量的差异，分析心肺复苏成
功的影响因素。结果 80例老年患者中CPR成功25例，失败55例。成功组患者心脏按压开始时间(≤5 min)、气
管插管时间(≤2 min)、电除颤开始时间(≤5 min)、肾上腺素(1 mg)的比例均明显高于失败组，差异均具有统计学
意义(P<0.05)；Logistics多因素分析结果显示，心脏按压开始时间(≤5 min)、气管插管时间(≤2 min)、电除颤开始
时间(≤5 min)、肾上腺素(1 mg)为老年患者心肺复苏成功的保护因素。结论 老年患者心肺复苏成功的影响因素
较多，早期进行心脏按压、气管插管、电除颤并使用常规剂量肾上腺素有助于提高心肺复苏成功率。

Analysis of factors influencing the success of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in elderly patients.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influential factors of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in elderly pa-
tients. Methods From November 2013 to November 2015, 80 elderly patients who underwent pre-hospital or in-hospi-
tal CPR were chosen as the research objects. The success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation were observed, and sex
ratio, age proportion, cardiac massage start time, tracheal intubation time, electric defibrillation start time, adrenaline
dose differences of successful group and failure group were compared. The factors affecting the success of cardiopulmo-
nary resuscitation were analyzed. Results There were 80 elderly patients undergoing CPR, of which 25 cases were suc-
cessful, and 55 cases were failed. The heart pressing start time (≤5 min), tracheal intubation time (≤2 min), electric de-
fibrillation time (≤5 min), proportion of epinephrine (1 mg) of the success group were significantly higher than those of
the failure group (P<0.05). Logistics multi-factor analysis showed the heart pressing start time (≤5 min), tracheal intuba-
tion time (≤2 min), electric defibrillation time (≤5 min), epinephrine (1 mg) were the protecting factors of CPR success
in elderly patients. Conclusion There are many factors influencing the success of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in el-
derly patients. Early heart pressing start time, intubation time, defibrillation start time and epinephrine can help to im-
prove the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
