标题：淋巴管新生与胃癌淋巴道转移的关系

      【摘要】 目的 检测胃癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)-C、VEGF-D及其受体(VEGFR)-3的表达，探讨
淋巴管新生与胃癌淋巴道转移的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测108例胃癌患者(伴淋巴结转移76例，
无淋巴结转移 32例)癌组织及癌旁组织中VEGF-C、VEGF-D和VEGFR-3的表达。结果 胃癌组织中VEGF-C
和VEGF-D检测阳性率均明显高于癌旁组织，且二者表达在有、无淋巴结转移组中比较差异有统计学意义(P<
0.05)；VEGF-C、VEGF-D和VEGFR-3之间的表达具有关联。结论 VEGF-C、VEGF-D和VEGFR-3可能在胃癌
淋巴结转移中起促进作用，联合检测三者表达可能有助于预测胃癌淋巴道转移情况。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis of
gastric carcinoma by detecting the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-C, VEGF-D and their recep-
tor-3 (VEGFR-3) in patients with gastric carcinoma. Methods Paraffin-embedded specimens from 108 patients with
gastric carcinoma (including 76 patients with lymph node metastasis and 32 patients without node metastasis) were used
to evaluate the expression of VEGF-C, VEGF-D, and VEGFR-3 by S-P immunohistochemical staining. Results The
expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D was significantly higher in specimens of gastric carcinoma than that of the corre-
sponding adjacent peritumoral tissues. And there was statistically significant difference between the group with lymph
node metastasis and the group without lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). Positive correlation was found among the ex-
pression of VEGF-C, VEGF-D and VEGFR-3 in gastric carcinomas. Conclusion VEGF-C, VEGF-D and VEGFR-3
may promote the lymphatic metastasis of gastric carcinoma. Combined detection of these three markers in biopsy spec-
imens of gastric carcinoma may be helpful in predicting the lymphatic metastasis．
