【Abstract】 This article explores the current consultation mode and the existing problems of general hospital,
and emphasizes the necessity of creating the new multidisciplinary team (MDT) consultation. It suggests setting up in-
formationization consultation mode and enforcing the fine management, so as to improve the quality of medical, pro-
tect the safety of medical treatment, reduce the medical cost and improve the patients' satisfaction.
