      标题:海南省单中心2型糖尿病控制现状调查与分析

      【摘要】 目的 评价海南省单中心2型糖尿病(T2DM)的控制现况。方法 以2012年1月至2014年1月我
院确诊的 2 422例T2DM患者作为研究对象,参照 2010版《中国 2型糖尿病防治指南》推荐标准评价其控制水
。结果 (1)平均糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)为(8.77±3.58)%,其中 658例(27.17%)患者HbA1c<7%;(2)将 2 422例
T2DM患者按照用药情况分成未治疗组(占11.77%),口服降糖药治疗组(占58.71%),口服降糖药联合胰岛素治疗
组(占15.28%)和胰岛素治疗组(占 14.24%),后面两组患者的平均HbA1c明显高于前面两组的平均HbA1c,差异
有统计学意义(P<0.05),而前面两组的平均HbA1c比较差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05),后两组的达标率明显低
于未治疗组(P<0.05);(3) 2 422例T2DM患者的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和
甘油三脂(TG)水平分别为(3.696±1.735) mmol/L、(1.23±0.41) mmol/L和(2.169±1.23) mmol/L;T2DM合并血脂异
常者占 76.42%,但服用调脂药者仅占 30.02%;(4) 2 422例糖尿病患者的平均 SBP/DBP分别为(135.73±16.76)/
(79.32±10.32) mmHg,高血压者 978例(40.38%),而服用降压药者仅 270例(27.61%),其中血压达标者 627例,占
25.89%;(5) 2 422例T2DM患者体质指数(BMI)为(25.43±3.43) kg/m2,BMI<24 kg/m2者占35.30%;(6)血糖、血脂、
血压和BMI均在正常范围内者仅占3.14%。结论 海南省单中心T2DM患者血糖、血脂、血压和BMI各项指标
的控制明显落后于2010版《中国2型糖尿病防治指南》的推荐标准,胰岛素治疗时机明显滞后。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the control status of types 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in single center of
Hainan province. Methods The patients with T2DM in our hospital from June 2012 to January 2014 were collected
as subjects. The level of control was evaluated according to Chinese T2DM Prevention Guidelines (2010 veision).
Results (1) The 2 422 patients with T2DM had an average HbA1c level of (8.77±3.58)%, and 658 (27.17%) patients
had HbA1c<7%. (2) According to drug use, the 2 422 T2DM patients were divided into untreated group (accounting for
11.77%), oral hypoglycemic drug treatment group (58.71%), oral hypoglycemic agents and insulin treatment group
(15.28%) and insulin treatment group (14.24%). The average HbA1c levels of the latter two groups were significantly
higher than those in the former two groups, (P<0.05), with no statistically significant difference between the former
