标题：医学生创新能力培养的实践与探索——基于项目的大学生科研团队建设

      【摘要】 在研究型大学开展本科生科研训练，促进学生探究性学习能力培养是研究型大学本科生教育改革
的重要方面。三峡大学医学院就如何培养创新型高素质医学人才进行了实践性研究，探索出了一条基于项目的
大学生科研团队建设运行模式。建立由本科生为主、指导教师和研究生参与指导的科研团队，参与完成教师科
研项目和大学生创新基金项目，培养了大学生创新能力和综合素质。

【Abstract】 The promotion of college students' ability of inquiry learning by scientific research training is an
important part of education reform for research-oriented university. Medical science college of China Three Gorges
University has carried out a practical research so as to cultivate high-quality innovative medical talents and to explore
an operation model for the construction of college students' scientific research team. The research team was composed
of undergraduate and graduate students and teachers who can participate in teachers' scientific research item and col-
lege students' innovative fund project. And it has indeed helped promote students' innovation ability and comprehen-
sive quality.
