      【摘要】 目的 了解海口市学龄前儿童的生长发育状况。方法 随机选择海口市300人以上、基本条件相
类似的10所幼儿园，对3 446名儿童进行体检，根据“2005年中国九城市0~18岁儿童生长发育评价标准”评价儿
童生长情况。结果 3 446名儿童中低体重者286名，检出率为8.30%；生长迟缓356名，检出率为10.34%，身高生
长偏离者675名，检出率为19.59%。结论 海口市部分幼儿园学龄前儿童生长发育状况与“中国儿童发展纲要”
提出的生长迟缓率控制目标及全国城市儿童平均低体重率相比较仍有一定差距，应引起幼儿园、家长、社会的共
同重视。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the growth and development status of preschool children in Haikou.
Methods Ten kindergartens with similarly basic conditions and over 300 children were randomly selected. Accord-
ing to the“0 to 18 year-old children's growth and development evaluation standard of nine cities of China in 2005”,
the growth status of 3 446 children from the kindergartens were evaluated. Results The rate of underweight,
growth retardation, and height deviation was 8.30% (286/3446), 10.33% (356/3446), and 19.59% (675/3446), respec-
tively. Conclusion There are certain gaps between the growth status of part of Haikou preschool children and the
growth standard. Therefore, more attention should be paid by kindergartens, parents and the society.
