      【摘要】 目的 研究海南三叉苦水提物的抗炎作用并探索其作用机制。方法 通过二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、角
叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀来观察三叉苦的抗炎作用。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)测定肿瘤坏死因子α (TNF-α)和
白细胞介素1β (IL-1β)的含量。结果 与模型组(0)相比,三叉苦水提物中、高剂量(19.11%,22.94%)能抑制二甲苯
所致小鼠耳肿胀(P<0.05),中剂量对角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀有明显的抑制作用,在致炎 4 h [(0.53±0.17) cm]效果
最明显(P<0.01)。水提物中、高剂量对大鼠血清中 TNF-α [(169.61±73.80) ng/L和(124.34±85.65) ng/L]和 IL-1β
[(521.01±206.89) ng/L和(393.99±197.61) ng/L]有不同程度的降低作用,TNF-α较模型组[(283.98±68.68) ng/L]降低
显著(P<0.05)。结论 海南三叉苦水提物具有抗炎作用,其抗炎作用可能与抑制TNF-α和 IL-1β的生成有关。

      【Abstract】 Objective To study the anti-inflammatory effect and mechanism of Evodia lepta in Hainan.
Methods The anti-inflammatory effect of Evodia lepta was observed by acute inflammation model of the mouse ear
swelling and rat foot swelling. The contents of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin 1 beta (IL-1β)
were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Compared with the model group, the
middle and high dose water extracts (19.11%, 22.94%, respectively) of Evodia lepta could inhibit the ear swelling in-
duced by xylene (P<0.05); The water extracts at middle doses could remarkably restrained paw edema induced by car-
rageen, with the best anti-inflammatory effect at 4 h [(0.53±0.17) cm, P<0.01]; The water extracts at middle and high
dose could reduce the content of TNF-α [(169.61±73.80) ng/L vs (124.34±85.65) ng/L] and IL-1β [(521.01±206.89)
ng/L vs (393.99±197.61) ng/L] in rat serum; Compared with the model group [(283.98±68.68) ng/L], the TNF-α was
decreased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion The water extract of Evodia lepta has anti-inflammatory effect, and its
anti-inflammatory effect may be related to inhibiting the formation of TNF-α and IL-1β.
