      【摘要】 目的 分析CETP基因TaqIB多态性与海南汉族人群原发性高血压(EH)的相关性。方法 收集2013
年3月至2014年1月在海南省干部疗养院进行体检及治疗的海南省汉族301名健康对照人群(对照组)和218例EH
患者(EH组)的全血DNA，利用多聚酶链式反应/限制性片段长度多态性(PCR/RFLP)检测CETP基因TaqIB多态位
点的基因型，利用 SPSS21.0对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 EH组人群的B1B1、B1B2和B2B2频率分别为
38.53%、47.25%、14.22%，对照组人群分别为45.18%、39.87%、14.95%。EH组人群的B1和B2等位基因频率分别为
62.16%、37.84%，对照组分别为65.12%、34.88%，上述各项指标组间两两比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；EH组
CETP基因TaqIB位点B1B1、B1B2和B2B2基因型和B1/B2等位基因频率分布和对照组比较差异均无统计学意义
(P>0.05)。结论 CETP基因TaqIB位点多态性与海南汉族人群EH无显著相关性。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the correlation between the TaqIB polymorphism of CETP gene and essential
hypertension (EH) in Hainan Han population. Methods A total of 301 cases of healthy controls (control group) and
218 cases of EH patients (EH group), who were admitted to the Cadre Sanatorium of Hainan Province from March 2013
to January 2014, were enrolled for this study. The blood DNA was extracted and detected by restriction fragment length
polymorphism (RFLP) to understand the TaqIB polymorphism of CETP. The detection results were analyzed statistically
by SPSS21.0. Results The frequencies of B1B1, B1B2 and B2B2 were respectively 38.53%, 47.25%, 14.22% in EH
group, and 45.18% , 39.87% , 14.95% in the control group. The allele frequencies of B1 and B2 were respectively
62.16%, 37.84% in EH group, and 65.12%, 34.88% in control group. Pairwise comparisons of all of the above indicators
between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between
the two groups in the B1B1, B1B2 and B2B2 genotype, B1/B2 allele frequency distribution on the TaqIB locus of CETP
gene (P>0.05). Conclusion There is no significant correlation between the TaqIB polymorphism of CETP gene and es-
sential hypertension (EH) in Hainan Han population.
