      【摘要】 创伤患者常存在不同程度的血清白蛋白水平下降。白蛋白作为外源性的补充，广泛用于创伤患者
的液体复苏和营养支持。近年来，关于白蛋白在创伤患者中应用的研究引起了广泛的思考和讨论。本文系统回
顾白蛋白用于创伤患者液体复苏和营养支持的临床研究，探讨其在创伤患者中的应用价值。

【Abstract】 Trauma patients often suffer from different degrees of hypoalbuminemia. The use of human albu-
min (HA) in trauma treatment is the subject of ongoing debate. Generally, there are two scenarios where HA may be
administered: acutely fluid resuscitation and nutritional support to correct hypoalbuminemia. Recent investigations, in-
cluding large-scale randomized trials and meta-analyses, have sought to determine the safety and efficacy of HA. This
review examines the current evidence for and against the use of albumin in trauma patients, and investigate the applica-
tion value of HA in the treatment of trauma patients.
