标题：终端掌控电脑为依托的移动护理站在床旁护理的成效分析

      【摘要】 目的 分析终端掌控电脑(PDA)为依托的移动护理站在床旁护理中的成效。方法 将使用PDA
前后的护理分别设为对照组和观察组，比较两组护理的时间成本的控制、住院患者护理服务满意度、患者身份识别
的管理和护理文件书写质量。结果 观察组入院评估花费时间为(6.8±0.2) min、单个医嘱查对执行花费时间为
(0.93±0.1) min，明显比对照组[(9.9±0.3) min和(1.23±0.13) min]所花费的时间少，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观
察组和对照组住院患者护理服务满意度分别为(96.7±0.2)%、(93.6±0.3)%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观
察组患者腕带佩戴的规范性和依从性、护理评估资料的完整性、医嘱执行签字的规范性与对照组比较差异均有
统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组身份识别的正确率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 以终端掌控电脑为依托的
移动护理站，将护士站前移到患者床旁，提高了护理工作效率及护理质量，大大提升了护理服务品质。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effects of mobile nursing, which was relying on Personal digital assis-
tant (PDA), in pre-bed care. Methods The control group and research group were set according to the application of
PDA. The time cost, service satisfaction, management of patients' identity and quality of nurse notes were compared
between two groups. Results The time of admission assessment was (6.8±0.2) min in research group, which was sig-
nificantly shorter than (9.9±0.3) min in control group. And the time of doctor's instruction for individual was (0.93±
0.1) min in research group, also significantly shorter than (1.23±0.13) min in control group. The differences were sta-
tistically significant (P<0.05). The service satisfaction in research group and control group was (96.7 ± 0.2)% and
(93.6±0.3)% respectively (P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of
the normativity of bracelet-wearing, the integrity of nursing assessment data, and the normativity of the sign on doc-
tor's instructions (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups regarding the accu-
racy of patients’identity recognition (P>0.05). Conclusion Mobile nursing station on the basis of PDA make a
pre-bed nurse station which can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of nursing care.
