      标题:免疫层析法诊断胎膜早破的价值

      【摘要】 目的 比较胶体金法和免疫层析法快速诊断胎膜早破的价值。方法 收集39份产科确诊为胎膜
早破孕妇阴道内流出液标本作为阳性组,40份产科正常产检孕妇阴道流出液样本作为阴性组,分别采用胶体金
法和免疫层析法测定其人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1 (IGFBP-1)。结果 阳性组
采用免疫层析法阳性检出率为100%,胶体金法阳性检出率为82.05%,两种方法检出率比较差异具有统计学意义
(P<0.05)。免疫层析法敏感性为100%,特异性为97.50%;胶体金法敏感性为82.05%,特异性为77.50%,两种检测
方法比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 免疫层析法无需特殊设备,操作简单,只要严格控制样本质
量,可得到较准确的结果,而且取材容易,在胎膜早破的诊断中具有较高的价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the value of two kinds of methods (colloidal gold method and immuno-
chromatography) in the rapid diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes. Methods Samples were collected from
vaginal discharge of 39 women diagnosed as premature rupture of membranes (the positive group) and 40 normal preg-
nant women (the negative group). The colloidal gold method and immunochromatography were used to detect human
chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) and insulin like growth factor binding protein-1 (IGFBP-1). Results In the positive
group, the positive detection rate was 100% for immunochromatography and 82.05% for colloidal gold method, with
statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The sensitivity and specificity were 100% and
97.50% for immunochromatography, 82.05% and 77.50% for colloidal gold method, with statistically significant dif-
ference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Immunochromatography can obtain accurate results with
strict control of the sample quality, which is easily operated and does not need special equipment. It has a high diagnos-
tic value in premature rupture of membranes.
