标题：椎板成形术治疗椎间盘源性马尾综合征25例疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 评估保留椎板及后韧带复合结构瓣回植的椎板成形术治疗椎间盘源性马尾综合征的临床
疗效。方法 选取2010年1月至2014年1月采用保留椎板及后韧带复合结构瓣回植手术治疗的25例椎间盘源
性马尾综合征患者，评估其术后疗效及回植骨瓣愈合率。结果 所有患者均获半年或以上随访，术后行Macnab
疗效评定，优6例，良7例，可8例，差4例，回植骨瓣CT均显示骨性愈合。结论 椎间盘源性马尾综合征是手术
的绝对适应证，一经明确诊断必须尽早手术。保留椎板及后韧带复合结构瓣回植术式能充分显露椎管，彻底减
压，使椎管重新成形，能有效的预防腰椎术后不稳、椎管再次狭窄等并发症。

Efficacy of laminoplasty in treating discogenic cauda equine syndrome.

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of laminoplasty, which involves regrafting the lamina
and the compound structure of back ligament, in treating discogenic cauda equine syndrome. Methods Twen-
ty-five patients with discogenic cauda equine syndrome who received the laminoplasty from Jan. 2010 to Jan. 2014
were selected. Efficacy evaluation were performed and radiographic healing rates were recorded according to data of
these patients. Results All 25 patients were followed up for 6 months or more. According to the Macnab evaluation,
there were 6 excellent recovered cases, 7 well recovered cases, 8 good recovered cases and 4 poor recovered cases.
The postoperative CTs all showed bone union. Conclusion The laminoplasty is acceptable in treating discogenic cau-
da equine syndrome. Once the syndrome is diagnosed, laminoplasty should be adopted as soon as possible. The lami-
noplasty showes wider operation space and more thorough decompression, and can prevent postoperative complica-
tions such as instability of lumbar spine and recurrence of spinal stenosis.
