      【摘要】 目的 研究24 h内连续射精对正常男性精液质量的影响。方法 193名行夫精宫腔内人工授精
(AIH)的男性间隔24 h各取精1次，进行精液参数分析。结果 精液量、精子密度、上游法处理后精子总数均呈下
降趋势，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，精子活动率(a+b级)呈上升趋势，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 正
常男性精液量、密度、上游法处理后精子总数随射精频率增加有所降低，但各参数均在正常范围内，而精子活动
率有所增加，间隔24 h连续两次射精对精子质量并无太大影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of two successive ejaculations in 24 hours on the semen quality in
normal man. Methods Two successive ejaculations were collected from 193 normal men with interval of 24 h who
scheduled for artificial insemination by husband semen (AIH). The semen parameters including semen volumes, pH,
sperm densities, sperm motility and total sperm counts were compared. Results The semen volumes, semen densi-
ties, total sperm counts decreased (P<0.05), but they were in the normal range. The sperm motility (a+b grade) in-
creased with no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion With the increase of the ejaculatory frequen-
cy, human semen volumes, densities and total sperm counts decrease (but they are still in the normal range), while the
sperm motility increases. Two successive ejaculations do not affect the quality of human semen.
