      【摘要】 目的 研究转化生长因子β1 (TGF-β1)能否促进人舌鳞状细胞癌的侵袭转移。方法 细胞增殖与活
性实验试剂盒(CCK8)检测比较不同浓度TGF-β1刺激或不刺激舌鳞状细胞癌细胞株SCC9、CAL27之间生长速度
的差异；划痕实验检测比较TGF-β1刺激或不刺激舌鳞状细胞癌SCC9、CAL27之间的迁移差异；Transwell实验进
一步比较TGF-β1刺激或不刺激舌鳞状细胞癌SCC9、CAL27侵袭迁移能力的差异。结果 CCK8实验表明低浓
度TGF-β1刺激后SCC9、CAL27细胞与空白对照组相比活细胞数量降低，但高浓度组未明显影响舌鳞癌细胞增
殖，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。划痕实验和Transwell实验均显示，TGF-β1刺激后SCC9、CAL27细胞与空白
对照组相比较具有更强的侵袭能力，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 低浓度TGF-β1可以抑制舌鳞癌细
胞的增殖，但可以显著促进舌鳞状细胞癌侵袭转移。

【Abstract】 Objective To examine the effects of TGF-β1 on invasion and metastasis in human tongue squa-
mous cell carcinoma. Methods CCK8 was used to detect the growth difference of human tongue squamous cell car-
cinoma lines SCC9 and CAL27, treated with and without different concentration of TGF-β1. Scratch healing and Tran-
swell assay were used to detect the metastasis and invasion difference of SCC9 and CAL27 in presence and absence of
TGF-β1. Results CCK8 showed that SCC9 and CAL27 treated with lower concentration of TGF-β1 had significant
reduction than untreated cells, but had no significant difference in higher concentration. Both scratch healing and Tran-
swell assay of SCC9 and CAL27 revealed that TGF-β 1-treated SCC9 and CAL27 had greater migration ability than
control cells. Conclusion TGF-β1 in lower concentration can suppress the proliferation of human tongue squamous
cell carcinoma, but also can induce significant invasion and metastasis in human tongue squamous cell carcinoma.
