      【摘要】 目的 探讨血清转化生长因子-β1 (TGF-β1)在慢性乙型肝炎患者中的水平及其与肝纤维化的关
系。方法 65例慢性乙型肝炎患者根据肝纤维化程度分为轻度肝纤维化组(29例)，重度肝纤维化组(19例)和肝
硬化组(17例)，选取25例健康体检人员纳入对照组，检测各组受试者的血清TGF-β1及透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶
原(PC-Ⅲ)、层黏蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原(C-Ⅳ)水平并进行统计学分析。结果 两两比较，血清TGF-β1及肝纤维化
指标HA、PC-Ⅲ、LN、C-Ⅳ在对照组、轻度和重度肝纤维化组、肝硬化组依次上升，差异均有统计学意义(P<
0.05)；TGF-β1水平与血清HA、PC-Ⅲ、LN、C-Ⅳ水平之间均存在正相关性(P均<0.05)。结论 血清TGF-β1水平
与肝纤维化发生、发展密切相关，可作为临床判断肝纤维化程度的血清学指标。

Study of serum TGF-β 1 levels in patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection and its correlation with
hepatic fibrosis.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the serum transforming growth factor-β 1 (TGF-β 1) levels in patients
with chronic hepatitis B virus infection and its correlation with hepatic fibrosis. Methods Sixty-five patients with
chronic hepatitis B were divided into mild hepatic fibrosis group (29 cases), severe hepatic fibrosis group (19 cases)
and hepatic cirrhosis group (17 cases), and 25 healthy volunteers were included into the control group. The serum
TGF-β1 and hyaluronic acid (HA),Ⅲ procollagen (PC-Ⅲ), laminin (LN),Ⅳ collagen (C-Ⅳ) levels were detected in
all the patients. Results The serum TGF-β1 and HA, PC-Ⅲ, LN, C-Ⅳ levels were increased successively in the con-
trol group, mild hepatic fibrosis group, severe hepatic fibrosis group and hepatic cirrhosis group, and the differences
were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was positive correlations between serum TGF-β1 levels and hepatic fibro-
sis indexes including HA, PC-Ⅲ, LN, C-Ⅳ (P<0.05). Conclusion The serum TGF-β1 is closely related to the hepat-
ic fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B process. It can be used as serological indicators for judging hepatic fibrosis.
