      标题:不同自主神经干预对心房神经节活性的影响

      【摘要】 目的 研究不同自主神经干预对心房神经节活性的影响。方法 24只健康成年家犬随机分为四
组:低强度耳屏刺激(LL-TS)组(n=6)、低强度颈动脉窦压力感受器刺激(LL-CBS)组(n=6)、低强度脊髓神经刺激
(LL-SCS)组(n=6)和对照组(n=6)。各组分别给予自主神经干预:LL-TS组通过连接于刺激仪的自制耳夹以降低窦性
心率阈电压80%对双侧耳屏给予耳屏刺激3 h;LL-CBS对颈动脉窦压力感受器以使血压下降的阈电压80%进行
LL-CBS 3 h;LL-SCS组在T1~5脊髓节段放置刺激电极以使肌肉收缩的阈电压80%给予SCS 3 h;对照组不给予干预
观察3 h。别在基础状态和3 h干预后,将电极置于左上神经节(SLGP)发放高频电刺激(HFS)诱导窦性心率减慢,将
微电极插入右前神经节(ARGP)记录神经放电,分测定各组 SLGP的功能和 ARGP的活性。结果 LL-TS、
LL-CBS和LL-SCS降低了高频刺激SLGP产生的减慢窦率作用,并且抑制了从ARGP记录到的神经活性频率和
振幅。结论 LL-TS、LL-CBS和LL-SCS自主神经干预方法可以抑制心房神经节的功能和活性。

Effects of different autonomic nervous intervention on the activity of atrial ganglionated plexi.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of different autonomic nervous intervention on the activity
of atrial ganglionated plexi (GP). Methods Twenty-four dogs were randomly divided into four groups: the low-level
tragus stimulation (LL-TS) group (n=6), the low-level carotid baroreceptor stimulation (LL-CBS) group (n=6), the
low-level spinal cord stimulation group (n=6) and the control group (n=6). LL-TS was delivered to bilateral tragus
with ear-clips connected to a custom-made stimulator at voltages 80% below the threshold which could slow sinus rate
for 3 hours. LL-CBS was delivered to the carotid baroreceptor at voltages 80% below the threshold which could re-
duce BP for 3 hours. LL-SCS was delivered to the T1~5 via wire electrodes at voltages 80% below the threshold which
could cause muscular twitching for 3 hours. No intervention was performed to the dogs in control group. One elec-
trode was attached to the superior left GP (SLGP) to deliver high frequency stimulation (HFS), and the maximum
heart rate slowing change was measured as the function of SLGP. Microelectrodes were inserted into the anterior right
GP (ARGP) to record neural firing. Results LL-TS, LL-CBS and LL-SCS decreased the HR slowing change when
HFS was delivered to the SLGP. The neural activity of ARGP was also suppressed. Conclusion LL-TS, LL-CBS and
LL-SCS could suppress the function and activity of atrial ganglionated plexi.
